		<description>interesting article.. i am currently weighing up my options as a disabled woman ( i have ME and fibro ) and my ob consultant has told my that my baby will probably come early and due to health probs they want me to have a caesarean. i do not feel in my gut that this is necessarily so, and stumbled across your blog whilst researching. Thank you and will subscribe to your blog
