This week’s Best Shot Monday (BSM) comes from the farm we visited (along with Grandma, Aunt Carrie & Jason) over the weekend.
Ava had a great time seeing all of the animals and she took her very first pony ride. Ya think she enjoyed it? :)
Spring is in the air and I couldn’t help taking several pictures of flowers this weekend. I love to see all of the colors reemerging after an unusually snowy winter here.
Take a moment to visit Picture This to see everyone else’s best shots for the week. :)
And if you haven’t yet read my Earth Day post on things you can do to help save the Earth, please check it out now. Mother Earth and I thank you. :)

Very sweet pony shot – I like the conversion you did on it, too. The flower shot is very nice, too. We’re still waiting here for the flowers to emerge. :)

Lovely shots — all three of them. I love your black and white conversions ;-) Do you use Photoshop or actions? Happy Monday!

What a fun time riding the pony! I love the one from behind. I agree with the others, wonderful conversion. And the flowers are lovely, too!

thank you all.
the conversion is a PS action that i acquired somewhere (probably on ILP) called SKeefe adj. dramatic b&w, and then some tweaking. i’ve been really fond of it lately. :)

I love the pony shot from behind. It’s definitely a “story” photo as it makes me wonder what’s being said between man and child. I like! :)
