I wrote last week that I had been feeling the need to grow something (other than kids, hee hee), so I picked up a “super sweet” cherry tomato plant, along with a couple of basil plants and put them in pots in our backyard. Ava helped me picked our first tomatoes on Sunday. Mmmm, they look tasty!
Also, I’m having a bit of a photography crisis. I’ve completely filled up my external hard drive with pictures. I need to start deleting all of the duds (and there are many) from the past few years to free up some space, but it’s such a time-consuming project that I am putting it off. Maybe I can just buy a new hard drive. ;)

And if you haven’t yet had a chance to check out the Attachment Parenting International online auction, there’s still time! The close of the auction has been extended until 7 p.m. Eastern Time Wednesday, July 25! So head on over and bid, bid, bid! All proceeds go to API – a non-profit organization working to protect the parent-child connection.

MMM YUmmy!! I love tomatoes!! I did my first BSM today..>LOL>>>YAY!
I have the same problem with my photographs except they are all on my internal drive…EEK. I need to make a day to do that project as well. The fear of losing them due to computer crashing is enough to make me want to do it. UGH.
Have a great Monday!!

I love the vibrant color of the fruit!
I see Tracey has it up now. I didn’t check it earlier since I wasn’t planning on posting over there today due to my surgery this afternoon. I knew I couldn’t participate fully.
I am hoping to get an external drive soon. All of mine are on my internal drive and I would love to have the ability to move them in between computers when needed. That said, I have a TON of photos on there, too! I try to go through it all monthly and delete the duds so it doesn’t get too overwhelming.

Love the colors in your shot… I’m not a huge fan of tomatoes, but it make me want to eat it anyway.

Wow, what a gorgeous shot. I love how you caught the individual “hairs” in the sun.
And I always love your beautiful presentation, would you share your post-processing treatment sometime? (Frame, etc.)
And… I’d go with the new hard drive if you can swing it!

Mmmm! Yummy! I’m growing basil because we eat a lot of pasta around here and I use it all the time.
Once I’ve done what I need with my pictures, I burn them all to discs. I thought of an external hard drive but my fear is that if it (or the one in my computer) crashes, I’ve lost my pictures. Now I have a TON of discs with photos. Too much. LOL

Wow! Beautiful color! My mouth is watering just looking at that photo.
Good luck deleting your duds. I don’t know how many gigabytes of space I’m wasting on my various computers with mine…I actually did end up getting another hard drive. I recommend it, for backing up your photos and stuff. My laptop went crazy once, and I had to beg the guys in my IT department to salvage all my photos.

Oh, get another hard drive if at all possible! Don’t delete the pictures of your babies!
Such lovely color….it makes my mouth water and brings up memories of popping sweet sun-warmed cherry tomatoes in my mouth as a girl.

Beautiful!!!
We’re up to 3 external HDs – 1 for photos (just bought a new 500 gig but I’ve yet to open the box), 1 for DH’s work stuff and 1 for backup of the main HD. Ridiculous, I tell you!
Good luck w/ fixing your crisis. That kind of thing really stresses me out.
