I was just talking about this with a friend the other day…very insightful post. I feel the same way so much of the time. Too many balls to juggle, yet we feel it is our job to do it anyway.

You just wrote most of MY story. Last Sunday, I had an anxiety attack because I too do so much for everyone else. I ended up finding a therapist by Tuesday and have been 2x to help get things back in perspective.
