  5. As a breast cancer survivor, I cannot help with this study. But I’m so glad studies like this are happening, to help all of us young women who do end up with cancer. Lots of women have found their cancer while pregnant or breastfeeding. It can be detected, and mammograms aren’t the only option. If you have something you’re concerned about, don’t let any doctor brush it off. You know your body best, if there’s a concern, don’t give up until you get a satisfactory answer.
